No new info regarding SFV but the President reiterates their commitment to e-sports and SFV to be involved in the Intel World Open .
I'm curious how this "commitment" will affect the Street Fighter Franchise as SFV's life span is nearing the end of it's plan. Season 4 will be concluding December 15th at Capcom cup and 2020 will, what many believe be SFV's final season. So should we expect Capcom to reveal SFVI at the conclusion of the Intel World Tour July 24th 2020? It seems like a no brainer to me, everyone will be tuning in for the opening ceremony of the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.....talk about fantastic exposure!

TGS 2019 Castlevania Grimoire of Souls Trailer
I'm still playing Castlevania Anniversary Collection and have yet to play Bloodstained: RotN, and looking forward to hearing some news regarding Netflix 3rd season of their Castlevania animated series! Now Konami drops the trailer for CastleVania: Grimoire of Souls which looks really impressive and has some rather unique multiplayer game play modes...but the game is only for mobile devices!!!!
COME ON KONAMI GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF YOUR ASSES!!!!

TGS 2019 Death Stranding Trailer and Gameplay Video
Death Stranding is only 58 days away and despite all the gorgeous trailers and deep dives into the rabbit hole I'm starting to wonder if what we see is what we're getting. On face value the game looks like a 21st century hiking simulator.
So graphics are a 10, it looks like some of the MGSV assets were reused when they showed Sam fighting some NPC's, the story still has me scratching my head. The level of detail as great as it is might become tedious for a game that has you traveling across America to "connect" the people.
I have to believe Kojima will not disappoint when it comes to the story, but as of right now all I can say is the game looks spectacular.

TGS 2019 FFVII Remake Trailer
3/3/2020 can't come soon enough!
This game is looking so gorgeous! I cannot believe it's been 23 years since Final Fantasy VII originally launched on the PS1! God I feel old!! I remember skimming thru EGM to check out the screen shots of FFVII at the Software Ect in Cross County and feeling the same hype I'm feeling now after seeing this trailer.

Kill la Kill TGS 2018 Gameplay Trailer
Back in the PS1 days I dabbled in a wider variety of fighting games, Battle Arena Toshshinden, Soul Caliber, MK, but my favorite franchise has always been Street Fighter. I even played Ranma 1/2 on the NES waaaaay back in the day! This generation has seen a semi resurgence in fighting games, Tekken 7, Dragonball FighterZ, Injustice 2, MK XL, KoFXIV, Soul Calibur 6, and SFV, (sorry MVC:I). I've really only played Street Fighter V this generation, I never was that hyped for DBZ and the only other fighting game that I'd like to get is Soul Calibur 6 until I heard about the Kill la Kill game coming! Below is the TGS gameplay trailer...
The game is obviously in it's alpha stage as there was only 4 selectable characters Ryuko, Satsuki, Uzu and Ira and 2 stages to choose from.
There's 4 bars below the characters health bar that build as you take damage and for now it appears the health bars don't reset after beating the opponent. There also appears to be some sort of "clash system" when the two characters attack simultaneously in close proximity.
Now I watched the Kill la Kill all the way thru, but I think the Anime has a "cult following" and never went mainstream, the anime probably turned off a few snowflakes out there. What I'm getting at is this is one fighting game that could benefit from a Story mode.
I'd love to see what type of rating the ESRB is gonna give Kill la Kill! I REALLY doubt it's gonna get E rating.

TGS2016 Final Fantasy XV Trailer

I've waited like 15 years for this game what's another 72 days?
So here's the latest trailer for Final Fantasy XV, I love the FF franchise but after FFXIII, and all the sequels to the Fabula Nova Crystallis the Final Fantasy name lost a little luster for me. But it's been a few years so I'm looking forward to this chapter in the series.

TGS2014 Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain Trailer
Here's the TGS 2014 trailer for MGS The Phantom Pain, pretty bold introduction for Quiet! She essentially crashes the Diamond Dog's sausage party.
TGS 2014 Final Fantasy Type 0 HD
Here's another shard of the Fabula Nova Crystalis that has undergone a title change, originally FF Agito XIII is now FF type 0 HD. Type 0 was released back in 2011 for the PSP only in Japan and from what I read the game is amazing, so I'm looking forward to playing TYPE 0 when it finally arrives in the US next March! And there will be a demo for FFXV with every copy of Final Fantasy Type 0.
TGS 2014 Final Fantasy XV trailer
Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor! This trailer has me as excited as I was when I used to read EGM at the back of Software Etc for articles about FFVII! I will be pre ordering this game without hesitation! Seeing Noctis and his boys Ignis, Gladius, Cor and Promto driving around the world checking out the sites and monsters got me thinking FFXV's world may be enormous, but the highlight of the trailer was seeing Stella Nox Fleuet!
I know it's simply a clip from a cutscene but we have certainly come a long way from 1997's FFVII! I mean when I have non gamers asking me who that is.... that's incredible to me as I've been a gamer since the days of the Atari 2600, and seeing the day when video game characters are indistinguishable from real life characters is very exciting.
I've been following Final Fantasy XV since 2007 when it was FF Vs XIII and I hope this game reignites the magic of this franchise like the days when Square soft had hit after hit after hit on the shelves!

TGS 2014
First off I love the TGS posters, every year I look forward to seeing what the design is gonna be.
This years TGS is from Sept 18th-21st and today Konami has jumped the gun and hosted a pre TGS conference and they've shown a new trailer for MGS V The Phantom Pain.
There are a few potential announcements I'm hoping for, most notably some news on Final Fantasy XV, KH 3 and FF Type 0!
Maybe we'll get some new info on Sony's VR Project Morpheus.
Hopefully we get some thing more from Bioware regarding the next Mass Effect than "we're working on a new Mass Effect game"..."It's gonna blow your mind!"...."we're thinking of all new stuff."
I hope Capcom has something to share regarding an actual next gen release for USFIV....yeah I would like that since I haven't been able to play since last February!
I wonder if any old PlayStation IP's will be resurrected...one rumor I read mentioned LoD.
What news are you anticipating from this years TGS?

I never played the first two Drakengard games but I'd certainly like to check this series out after seeing this trailer!
Chicks with roman numerals on their forehead, blood, and dragons....sold!

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes TGS Gameplay demo
So here's 12 minutes of MGS V Ground Zeroes game play footage from TGS, for the most part it looks like the stealth gameplay style we're accustomed to in Metal Gear Solid, I hope the "tagging system" is for easy/very easy settings only!
My one major question is if Ground Zeroes leads up to the destruction of Mother Base and is the prologue to The Phantom Pain why doesn't Big Boss just use the Fulton Recovery system to extract the POW?!
The CQC system looks to be reworked, with a branching display of choices once an enemy is grabbed.
The weather effects are very impressive! The AI looks very aggressive once in alert status, the counter that goes from Alert to Caution seems to be gone...or maybe Big Boss avoided the alert by inhaling some slowmo....>:/

The Evil Within TGS 2013 trailer
So after seeing this new trailer all I could think was, "So this is what the RE series could've evolved into! The dialog seemed on par with RE1....but then again the atmosphere in RE1 spoke for itself. This game looks scary as shit!

TGS 2013 9/19-9/22
This years TGS is Sept 19-22 and the theme is Games: Limitless Evolution
I'm hoping we get some more details from Kojima productions about Ground Zero's and the Phantom Pain! The latest news doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling, Keifer Sutherland's lackadaisical VO performances, the apparent system changes that early impressions say make the game feel more like Splinter Cell.
I have been playing MGS since 1998 on the PS1 and in fact I did play the original Metal Gear on the NES. So I'm fully trained in Tactical Espionage Action and this new direction worries me.
I'm still Super excited for MGS V as I'm about 95% sure Ground Zeroes which takes place in 1975 will see Ciper destroy Mother Base and collect Big Bosses DNA for the Les Enfants Terribles Project assuming Big Boss is dead. Then MGSV The Phantom Pain picks up in 1984 with Big Boss waking from his coma...now I have a feeling the quote "From Fox two Phantoms were Born" and "V has awakened" may have some some correlation to the Les Enfants Terribles Project.
Aside from that I am sure Sony has something else planned to announce at TGS 2013, maybe more deets on Gaikai, and hopefully some more new game announcements!

TGS 2011 Gravity Daze Trailer
I first heard of Gravity Daze for the PS Vita from E3 this year, the Vita looks poised to take a huge chunk of the market share away from Nintendo's 3DS, and games like Gravity Daze looks to help propel the PS Vita! The game boasts some very cool game play features, and looks to take advantage of all the Vita's features. The game looks good enough to be a PS3 yet it's on a handheld! I cannot wait to get my hands on a PS Vita! Enjoy the TGS11 official trailer for Gravity Daze and some gameplay video below!
TGS 2011 SFXT Pandora Trailer
