God of War Ascension "from Ashes" 2013 Super Bowl Trailer

There's no denying Kratos has anger issues, I love the first two GoW and the third was very good as well! I am not sold on God of War MP but if Lara Croft can do MP why the hell not Kratos???
I love the trailer, it captures the heart of Kratos' agony and the music from Ellie Goulding is a perfect fit!

God of War Ascension has the MP

So GoW: A will have a multiplayer component....
I can only hope Santa Monica Studios uses a similar mechanic that was used in ME3 where the SP and MP work symbiotically to enhance the entire game experience instead of being two separate entities.
Personally I'm not really excited about this game. GoWIII was a satisfactory conclusion for the story Kratos.
And the fact that this game is a prequel does not bode well with me....

God of War Ascension teaser trailer

Here's the preliminary box art and teaser trailer for the next chapter in Kratos' story. I loved the first 2 games on the PS2, I felt obligated to play GoWIII....it was good but I felt like I was doing the same old thing. I'm not really sure what to expect in GoW:A, does Kratos ascend past greek mythology? Does Santa Monica Studio's build the game around a MP experience ala CoD? I sure hope not! Seriously how can he still be pissed!?
