SFV AE Weekly Missions and Extra Battle Mode for 3/29/19- 4/5/19

It's Friday March 29th, the 60th week of SFV AE and this weeks missions went live at 12AM last night! This weeks missions are:

1. Perform a normal throw 10X for 50FM

2. Win 10 Battle Lounge matches for 500FM

3. Use Fight Request to Play a Ranked Match for 500FM

4.  Play a Trial for 250FM
 

5. An Arcade score of 100,000 or more will be recorded in the rankings for the title "Devil in Plain Clothes"

This weeks missions can net you a measly 1300FM

After completing the weekly missions, head over to the eXtra Battle Mode, this week we have:

1. Get your hands on Fortune Tix against Balrog #1 for 250FM participation fee

2. Triggered Necalli for 1000FM .

3. [Quick and Immovable] Get the Crossover Costume #3 for Alex (Leo from Red Earth )for 2500FM participation fee.

4. Get the Crossover BGM!  Leo theme from Red Earth for 1000FM






This week I'm walking away with all my FM from the Weekly Missions as I still haven't purchased Alex so no need to do the [Q&I] and I have no interest in trying to get a silly title for beating Shin Necalli, I might drop the FM for Red Earth BGM before the window closes. I wonder if we'll get any info this weekend from NCR...not holding my breath.

NCR 2019

norcalregionals  begin tomorrow and for me I'll be tuning in strictly to Sunday's Stream of SFV top 8 from 1pm- 4pm to hopefully see a trailer for season 4....but I'm keeping my expectations in check.

I am a 40 something white dude (sorry Brei) I've been a fan since I saw RotJ in the theaters as a kid, I enjoyed the PT while my friends trashed them, I loved TCW animated series and SW Rebels. This ST is an abomination and just needs to end.
At this point I just want to see some news regarding the Benioff and Weiss movies and The Mandalorian at Celebration April 11th - 15th......

I'm at a loss for words after Final Round concluded last weekend and we got essentially no news aside from the upcoming Field of Fate DLC stage. I'm still playing but honestly this communication blackout is counter intuitive to me as far as product / customer support.

Triple Frontier Thoughts and Impressions

The trailer for triple Frontier caught my interest, 5 ex special forces reunite to get paid by killing a South American Drug Lord, an off the record mission that should go by the numbers with minimal casualties and maximum payola.
I enjoyed TF, it was like the A-Team but grounded in reality. There were some scenes with tension but for the most part nothing that caught me by surprise. I liked the cast they felt more believable as ex Spec Ops team than some of the previous names attached to the project.
If you have 2 hours to kill it's not a bad movie, I heard one review complaining that the characters all seemed the same....I think that's a bit over simplifying the characters. Yes they're all ex Spec Ops, Yes they're all strapped for cash to some degree, but each have they're unique ability, Catfish (Pablo Pascal) is the Pilot, Redfly (Affleck) is the planner, Ben (Garret Hedlund) is the scout, Pope (Oscar Isaac) works as a PMC and the mission leader, Ironhead (Charlie Hunnam) is the level headed team member that keeps the team grounded  and focused on the missions objectives.
Like I said the movie aight, I think it's the cast that made the movie better than it is.

Let me begin by saying that the DLC costume as Roll for Sakura looks better than Sakura herself! I'M RICH I made 1,300FM this week! But then I spent 2,500FM for the 4th part of the Gutsman DLC for Rog. DAMN I is PO! I've actually been playing alot of USFIV these past few weeks and enjoying it. 7 days till Final Round, I suspect we'll get the full season 4 roster and some sort of announcement regarding the phase out of FM! I say this based on the CPT2019 DLC bundle announcement the other day, unlike previous years there was no mention of Exclusive Special FM Mission Targets.
