So Dark Fate is, according to James Cameron, the true sequel to Terminator 2 Judgement Day.
So all the other Terminator movies were just glorified fan fiction??? OK

The trailer looks very familiar, you can see the new male terminator (BAD) takes the roll of a cop in the middle of the trailer and the new female terminator (GOOD) fights him.
The one thing I noticed was they're both rocking new tech! The black Terminator isn't just another T-1000, the "skin" can "clone" itself so in essence it's 2 terminators in one!
I wonder if we'll see John Connor at the prologue?
